Rentals & Sales Int. was founded by Dari Ingal in 2021, initially as a specialized marketing and management company for holiday rentals in Costa Blanca, Spain. Within the first month of operation, the company built a portfolio of over 20 properties and established a strong network of trusted partners — including key holders, cleaning teams, and operational providers — allowing us to deliver a seamless, full-service experience for property owners.

As our market expertise and investor network grew, we expanded into real estate acquisition and investment advisory. Today, we have built and managed a portfolio of over 50 properties and helped investors acquire high-yield assets with consistent returns. Despite our boutique structure, we operate through a carefully selected network of professional partners, including real estate lawyers, bankers, financial consultants, and an experienced construction team, ensuring secure transactions and professional execution at every stage.
