Rentals & Sales Int. was founded by  Dari Ingal in 2021. It is started as a marketing agency for holiday rentals in Costa Blanca, Spain. Helping home owners rent out their properties for a short term.  

Within the first month of operation, we had a Portfolio of more than 20 properties that we rented and we made partnerships with key holders, cleaning companies and photographers to be able to provide home owners a full service of managing their properties and a piece of mind. 

As we learned the market, it’s trends and profit capability, we started to help people to purchase properties for living and as an investment.

Today we work with the most reliable real estate developers in the area and offer buyers new build properties for a developer‘s prices. 0% commission and no hidden costs.

We help you find the right property for your needs, weather it’s for relocation or as an investment. We know all the ins and outs, cons and pros about the properties and locations so you get a honest and unbiased professional advice. 

We help you to choose the property, do all the paperwork related to the purchase, help you get a loan (up to 70% from Spanish banks), help you with a relocation and offer a full management of the property if you decide to rent it out. You can expect 7-10% return on investment a year.
